About Exclie

The medical record belongs to the patient, not the clinic.

Exclie is a clinical platform made in Chihuahua, in real production, built on a simple idea: your history is yours and should follow you for life.

Why we exist

Today's medical record is broken: information gets lost between clinics, formats and memories, and the patient starts from zero every time they change doctors. We chose the kanji 継 (continuity) as our identity because it describes what a record should do and almost never does: continue, pass from one hand to another without breaking.

Who builds it

Exclie was not built by a doctor who learned to code. It was built by an engineer who spent 24 years inside the hospital.

Gustavo Alberto Morales Fierro is an engineer. For 24 years he learned medicine where it is truly learned: alongside doctors, shift by shift, department by department. Imaging, laboratory, nursing, pediatrics, recovery, intensive care. He saw where information is lost, where the record fails, and what the person caring for a patient really needs. Exclie is what he learned in those 24 years, turned into software: designed from inside the hospital, not from outside.

What we believe

  • Your data is yoursYou can download your complete history whenever you want, with no locks.
  • Safety is designed, not declaredImmutable record, traceability and a path to SIRES/NOM-024 certification. And when we offer AI companionship, safety does not depend on the model: we accompany, we do not replace a professional.
  • No hypeEvery claim Exclie makes is anchored to something verifiable: what the system actually does, today, in production.
  • Built with each regionA health tool is built with the real standards and needs of each country where it operates, in cooperation with its authorities.

Where we are

In production, serving doctors and patients in Mexico. Made in Chihuahua. Part of the Google for Startups 2026 program. On the path to SIRES/NOM-024 certification. Available in five languages.

Where we are going

A health ecosystem, not a standalone app: record, imaging, laboratory, biosignals and companionship, integrated. And an expansion designed from day one for Korea and Japan, with their cultural register, clinical standards and local help lines.

Built in Chihuahua. Live in production. Designed to scale.
